What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?

Employee and self-employed. I'm generating income on my own.

And then...what is the goal/dream you are striving for regarding your work life?

To be able to transmit hope to people in Colombia desperate for a job. Helping them to position them in a way they can find their true calling.
Guide young graduates to find their vocation and teaching them tools to find a job that fits their profile.
A passionate job and a secure income.

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?

I wish to travel and see as much of the world as I can.
I want to scuba-dive, sail and learn to fly.

What would you say are your core competencies? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?

I like proceses. I able in transmiting knowledge. Proactive and high creativity.
