Dan's book and website. Hope to get good ideas, stay motivated and connected as well as to share good ideas and encouragement.

What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?

Currently between opportunities. In the process of writing a business plan with the goal of generating income on my own.

And then...what is the goal/dream you are striving for regarding your work life?

To do work connected with my purpose in an environment that is most suitable for me. Desire financial independence and time freedom.

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?

There are many, but most importantly is my ability to live purposefully and in the "present" , and to be a good mother to my son.

What would you say are your core competencies? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?

Human Resources, Employee Communications and Career Transition Services; What makes me “me”? I possess a unique combination of people and technical abilities. I have proven to be effective in leading, motivating and partnering with internal and external resources to achieve good end results. Strong analytical and project management skills enable me to work smart and to deliver more than expected. I’m also a natural when it comes to creative problem solving, detailing, coordinating, writing, communications and events planning. I enjoy new and challenging experiences.
