I love the flatirons. I've bailed on the first about 6 times because of lightning.

Do you get out there much?

Hi Caleb! In Tennessee you can get a domestic kitchen license and work out of a home kitchen for certain foods. I'm not sure what the laws are in TX but you should check on that. The other option might be to look for a commercial kitchen for hourly rent. "The Kitchen Space" in Austin looks like it might be promising. Check the website. www.thekitchenspace.com
This is hands down the least expensive way to get in a kitchen and get started with making your product and poses very little risk to you. Facilities like this are usually a great resource of information as well and can probably help you with all aspects of making, packaging, labeling, etc.
I really hope this helps!

Caleb - congrats on everything and the future Wife - and how you plan on Loving her. Your marriage will rock if you keep that the focus. I am in a marriage now that I had no idea was possible - I would have never dreamed it could be this great simply because Christ is our foundation and we lay our relationship at the foot of the cross. I am in Austin as well we should grab some healthy coffee somewhere!
