How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?: I have been a long time fan of 48 Days to the Work You Love and No More Mondays. I went through Facilitator Training back in May and will be leading my first workshop in a few months at church. I hope to get encouragement and guidance as well as helping other people be successfull.

What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?: I have been the lead sales manager for T-Mobile in Bakersfield for the past 7 years. I have worked the way I was taught by my father, with honesty and integrity which has helped me in my success. I have been given the oportunity to open 3 locations and helped them get to where the company wanted a new store to be in a years time.

And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?: Like many others, I have always dreamed of being my own boss, but not in the traditional sense (My father was always working even on his days off). I want to manage my own time and work when I want to work. I want to create multiple streams of income by using the skills and abilities I have been given.

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?: I enjoy helping people any way I can. My desire is to help lead people out of debt by using Financial Peace University and to help guide people toward the work they would love to do by utilizing the 48 Days to the work you love seminars.
I would like to have the time freedom when my wife and I have kids. I want to enjoy spending time with them while my wife persues her career as a massage therapist and esthetician.
I enjoy making soap and have not had to buy soap in the last 14 years. I used to sell soap at different types of venues, but have not had the time to due to the demands of a retail work schedule. I just recently sold my soap at the American Cancer Societies Realy for Life in Bakersfield and will continue looking for venues like that one to help anyway I can. This is one stream of income I would like to pursue because I love the reaction when people smell my soap. The feeling I get when people purchase a product I've created is like nothing else!
I enjoy camping and recently came up with a business idea that I am pursuing to make that dream a reality.
