- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- To generate a small business to support missions and ministries in retirement.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- Financial independence and being completely debt free. We are down to the mortgage and student loans. My wife and I would like to have income from real estate and consulting by the time I retire from the police department so we can focus on ministries and missions. On another note, I have about four books bouncing around in my head. I would like to write them, but time is the issue at this stage in my life.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- Organization, leadership, motivation, and investigations.
