That is great. there is always more we could all be doing. Take your time. There are a lot of resources here I am particularly fond of the groups. The forums can be good to but the groups are a great affinity finder.
When you feel ready maybe you could start your own group of people wanting to work with kids. I bet you will find a lot. Check out Deb Ingino and what she is doing with "My Wired Style".
Is there an age group you like to work with more than another?

The best advice I can give you concerning how to use this website is to know this is a community where folks come for encouragement and to learn from other like-minded people that simply want to win at life.
I would just read the post for a while and when things gets mentioned that really strikes your interest, then by all means, jump in!
