How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?: I learned of Dan Miller in 2010 and just recently completed the Coaching Excellence training. I hope to nurture relationships with my coaching colleagues, add to the breath of knowledge and engage in many coaching opportunities

What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?: As owner of Core Positive Coaching & Consulting, LLC, I set off in the development of my practice in June 2011 and have indulged in a few business coaching assignments. I am enjoying the departure from integrated behavioral health care within medical settings and look forward to increased opportunities for coaching and consulting.

And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?: My dream is to empower people and organizations in reaching their goals and developing a high quality of life. I strive to accomplish this through my personal interaction with the clients, as well as through writing, speaking and other alternative means of communication.

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?: I hope to embody what I hope to instill in others and use my own path as an example of success. Personally, I hope to travel, nurture the important relationships around me and invest in creating new connections with the many interesting people out there. One day, I plan on having a second home in San Diego.

What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?: I am wired to listen effectively and without judgment. I also provide a safe and comfortable experience for people to open up and express themselves. In addition, my life experiences provide me great insight and the ability to connect with people.
