I know a lot of people who use day planners. I use something like it too. It is easier for me to see the big picture when I can get all my thoughts and how they link together out on paper.

- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- Melissa Stauffer from Isimplify! I hope to join a larger community of at-home entrepreneurs and VA's, to expand our business, and learn the best ways to do both.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- I'm an at-home mom who works as a virtual assistant and project manager for Isimplify.
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- I would like to expand this company—working smarter, not harder—in order to spend more time with my daughter and husband.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- My husband and I gave up careers that required traveling and running ourselves ragged in order to pursue a higher-quality family life. Now that I work from home, I'd like to generate enough income to travel on our own time, spend time writing with my husband, and give away some of our earnings freely.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- Core competencies: Checking off "to-do" lists, especially for others! This includes, calendar managing, social networking, editing newsletters, blogs, and articles, answering emails, returning phone calls, scheduling appointments, posting blogs, updating your website, paying bills, invoicing clients, web research, data entry, and more...
Wired: I'm a gift-giving, people person, who loves to help others accomplish goals and tasks, all while being a high "D"!

- If you have a product or service to promote (now or in the near future) this is your shot to state it! Say all you'd like:
- Think about those tasks you do every day as a small business owner. Those tasks that keep you focussed on maintaining your business instead of growing it. Those same tasks that add an extra day onto your work week. Then, ask yourself, "How much is your time worth?", not only to you, but those who share it with. This is why you need a personal V.A.
