- Heard about this from Kent Julian. I am happy and motivated in my life but still have so much to learn.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- Executive Director and founder of a non-profit organization working in Liberia, West Africa.
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- To improve the spiritual, physical and economic health of the Liberian people.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- To be a loving and kind husband, father and grandfather.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- I am a restorer. I see problems and figure out how to improve the situation.

Hi Andy,
I only know you via your association with SIF and this comment wall. Believing I'm in your general age range, I'd like your input into my MasterMind decision making process. I think I'm one of those "high C folks" who is slow to decide but who holds on tenaciously after deciding. Right now the decision is about participating in MasterMind while continuing to teach high school full time. I have a strong message but not much platform and would be starting mostly from the ground up. (Part of my "message" has been delivered to 5 locations in Kenya in two summer teacher training settings--training prospective Bible teachers with curriculum I've written).
The question: how much do you think success with MasterMind is affected by whether one is a D - I - S -or C? Or, is it more a question of determination? Or basic skills? Or age? Or ?? Thanks for whatever insight you can give from such limited information.
