Have a Happy 4th --
Here are some highlights from the week here at 48Days.net:
Featured Discussion
David Willis asked a simple question -- Need Help - Resources for Developing Websites? As always, members jumped in with a wealth of resources. Some offered their own services and many just shared what they had used. This kind of feedback can save you thousands of dollars and months of trial and error.
Featured Business Launch
Ted Yoder has announced the release of his debut album (Hymns) featuring the hammered dulcimer. Ted brought his dulcimer and played at one of our recent RoundTables here at the Sanctuary – we were blown away by the uniqueness and magnetism of this music. What Ted creates is uplifting, inspirational and so beautiful it will lift you up and away from any temporary challenges you think you have.
Ted shared his idea here, let us all listen to segments as he was creating his music, and now has his first completed project. That’s exactly the way it can work for your idea as well.
Take a few minutes to listen to a sampling of his music right on his 48Days.net page, then click through and order your own copy of Hymns. If you’re in the Aurora, IL or Nappanee, ID areas you can attend his free release parties.
Featured Group
Kevin Brown heads up the Invention Ignition group. This is his description: EUREKA! You've just had an idea that you know will make millions. But, now what do you do? Join us to discuss how to develop ideas, turn them into products, and bring them to market. Have you ever an idea that you knew would be worth millions? Now the tough question: What did you do with that idea? If you’re like most people you just went on with your ordinary life. Here’s a chance to have this group help you bring your idea into reality.
Featured Member
Our featured member this week is Wendy Stass from St. Louis, MO. Wendy is an active member of multiple groups and an active blog contributor. It’s obvious she’s taking advantage of the collective wisdom here on 48Days.net. She says she’s currently brainstorming with her friends in the Free Agent Academy on the idea of a Christian coffee shop in the St. Louis area.
Next Training Event at the Sanctuary
Many of you are asking about leading the 48 Days to the Work You Love seminars. The next training opportunity will be on September 11th right here at the Sanctuary. The last two groups sold out quickly and this one is already about 50% booked. If you'd like to join us here for a great time of sharing and being equipped to bring hope and encouragement to your community, check out the details here. 48 Days to the Work You Love Facilitator Training
Additional notes:
Many of you here on 48Days.net are coaches. We are exploring additional resources specifically for all of us who have discovered the leverage of sharing expertise in a particular area. You’ll notice a large group who are already listed on the Coaches link. Be watching for more information.
