No more Sock Monkey

Yes, I know you all were sad to see him go but we are no longer using the Sock Monkey to identify members who have not yet inserted their own picture.  When we started that I had no idea how frequently that silly Monkey was going to show up.  And frankly, I thought it compromised our professionalism here.   I still prefer that you very quickly get a real photo of you in place.  People will take you more seriously if they can see you when communicating with you.  And I never highlight a member who does not have a real photo up.  But  for now we'll just see the 48 Days Rolodex -- to remind us all that the clock is always ticking - keep moving on your plans.
