I just downloaded your e-book. I've only read the first few pages, and it looks nicely laid out.
First, I wanted to say congratulations on your success and argue with you a little bit. One of the first things you said in the book is, "I’m nobody special". I understand the point you are trying to make, but anyone who had the dedication to lose 145 pounds is pretty special. I just wanted to make sure you knew that.
The title of your book grabbed my interest, as I've felt that diets as defined by our society are not useful for long-term success.
As someone passionate about fitness and health, I'm probably not your exact target market, but I am always interested in reading more on the topic.
