This group was formerly the "Untethered Lifestyle" Group. Scott Newton Smith, the founder of the group decided to go a different direction in light of new lessons he's learned and new skills he's acquired.  

Most of the members had some interest in coaching anyway, and wanted to leverage the power and automation of online to create a simpler coaching practice that delivers more freedom and impact.

Here's the truth: There are only 3 areas that must be optimized for a high ticket coaching business that consistently delivers paying clients and all the options that comes with it.

1. The traffic. Whether online or offline, the more people who are exposed to your life-changing value, the more you ease the process of getting clients. So optimize your "traffic machine."

2. Sales.  We refer to them as conversions.  There are multiple conversions that move those in your target market from prospect to high-paying client.  There's an art and science to sales but when the principles are understood, they become powerful forces in every piece of sales copy, every webinar, every phone call, every sales conversation.

3. The Price. Fact is, the more you charge, the more impact you'll make. Everything gets greater leverage for the high-ticket coach. Higher fees yield more commitment from you client. High fees give you margins to fuel your traffic and sales funnel. High fees give you lifestyle. Freedom. Options. But higher fees require a different conversation with your prospect, and most certainly, a different level of confidence within yourself.  And usually, the greatest barrier to charging more is yourself.  Together, we will overcome these barriers and start charging our true value in the marketplace.

And the marketplace will thank us.

Systems are king in your business. You should be training your virtual assistant using an ops manual... or way easier, by video.

I use a free service called Jing Project to video-capture what I'm doing on my desktop to and send the video to my assistant to whom I'm delegating a task.

* It's free
* It saves time
* If you have to re-hire an assistant for the same task, just send them the video!

This is the power of Web 2.0 systems for your business.

I've read it also - definitely lots of good ideas in there. In fact, it was the book that made me realize how much I was letting interruptions kill my productivity.
