Truly Exceptional Lives that have Huge impact, are really nothing more than small selfless expressions of service, grace, love, and encouragement moment by moment...day by day.

That's what make ordinary people truly "ExceptionZ"

The confidence could be fear to try again if the result is negative, or it could be a challenge to change the action slightly each time to find the one way that works.

It's like using the analogy of Edison learning 1000 ways to not make a light-bulb work. However, we all appreciate his "1001th" action and the world is has created for us.
