The 1 Degree Difference.

It’s time to live your life with the one degree difference, and experience what being exceptional is all about; where even the average can become among the greats!

One degree is all it takes to melt ice, and one degree is all that is needed to create steam.

And steam can power a train!

One degree, that’s it! That one degree can turn a life on or even off course.

Take ownership of the one degree, and unleash your true potential!

In intentionally writing our stories, be sure to not let life pass you by:

I know this is advice I need to heed more often.

I thought this quote contributes well to our discussion on fear, especially as it relates to our fear about sharing our dreams.

"Heroes and Monsters", author Josh James Riebock writes, "Dreams can't live alone. Sharing our dreams with others may risk destroying them, but without sharing them, we destroy them ourselves. Most dreams aren't murdered, most dreams commit suicide."

I'm loving this picture...God is the well, and we are the conduit and faucets carrying and pouring out His blessings.

Pretty Awesome Stuff!

Beautiful Steve - yes - considering the Source - it will not run dry!!  (And neither will we become dry and lifeless! A definite win-win)

My wife gave me the book "The Eternity Portfolio" in 2005. Its author states that God has a storehouse of blessings, and that there are people that need to receive those blessings. Some of us get to be the conduit to move the blessings. Ann, you are so right in saying that we should be the faucet, pouring into people. When we consider the source, we know that it will never run dry.

Thanks for the faucet / drain comparison. Good to know, good to share.

Randell - I LOVE that! Yes, I strive to be a faucet pouring into the lives of others and not a drain!

Here's a thought to chew on... I heard this phrase at a meeting last night. "Spend more time with faucets than drains"

I decided to customize it for our group..."in order to encourage, inspire, and empower others, Story Changers strive to be faucets not drains"
