Does anyone do group coaching?

This question isn't about speaking, but I know many of you do coaching as well so I thought I would ask. I've been approached by a former boss of the college I work for to do some group coaching for some of her current staff. She's used me before…Continue

I was totally asked to give my first graduation speech in June that will be right around the 15 minute mark. Has anyone done one before that has some good takeaways to make it a great event about them? I was thinking of using one or two stories that…Continue

Good for you, Kimanzi.

I'll likely hit 50 events this year (the majority over 1,000 in audience), and the key for me has been being in the world where the meeting planners live (association articles, reaching out directly to serve them, having them see me present, etc.)

The fees have all been in the five-figure plus all expenses range. It's wild that I worked so hard to find events in years past, but now all I have to do is write articles/get exposure :)

Comment by Kimanzi Constable on September 16, 2015 at 12:51pm

No WordCamps Kent. These are all mainstream events.

Chimpanzee...are those events Word Camps?

Comment by Kimanzi Constable on September 16, 2015 at 12:02pm

Crazy three weeks! I signed contracts and got payments to speak in Spain, Morocco, Israel, Thailand, Ireland, London, Toronto, and Las Vegas. The cool thing is all of these events found and came to me after reading my articles on various publications :) Mainstream exposure is a get tool to leverage for speaking gigs.

Hello All, I'm new here but a long time "Ken guy" :-) Love his teaching and servant heart.

I recently completed my 'starter' revolving door list (48 Pastors/church leaders) and will be sending my first email to them Thursday or Friday this week. I'm excited to put this part of SIF action plan to work!
