Kent, I'm there!

I have a question for the group,

I sent a speaking proposal to a woman in charge of a conference in October, it would be my highest paying event yet. It seems like she liked the proposal and we've had some interaction on Twitter.

It's been two weeks so I sent her a email asking if she had any questions and explaining why I would be a good fit at her conference. She emailed back and set up a time to talk to me on Skype this Wednesday. I believe she's interested otherwise she would have just said no, right? I know it takes a lot to book an unknown speaker who at this point, hasn't spoken anywhere.

How should I approach the call? Any tips to win her over?
