Really like the video. Thanks for sharing.

I have been a fan of many of the individuals in this video for sometime. Mostly through startup podcasts.  

Ben Huh and the Cheezburger network is interesting. Its not the content that is interesting.... but the way he takes the smallest idea, and makes a website out of it, builds traffic, and links all his other sites together under the Cheezburger name. Spartz Media is another company that does this well.

Entrepreneurship is a very weird thing. I never call myself one, but for some reason  that style of work is appealing.

For example... I am having a piece of custom software built as we speak. It's what some startup founders would call a level 2 project. Its more complicated than a website or a blog. It's a service for businesses.  In order to pay for the servers and development, a web consulting business was created from scratch. We offer SEO, web design, and consulting services.

I followed Dave Ramsey's advice of... No debt, pay for itself, used equipment, and add one customer at a time.  This has worked well.

The whole endeavor has lead me in great new directions.

Thanks Randell. It is a little better than two saw horses.....but just barely. I am using a wooden table that my wife typically uses as an outdoor potting bench. I have computer wires stretched all over the floor....but it is functional.

I hope to have a new desk in a few weeks. The old desk set up was too large for the new (downsized) office space......but as I said earlier in the ExceptionZ group.....I upsized my game day viewing to a nice new theater room......so who's complaining. ha ha
