Will 2013 be the year of the app?
If you are interested in app development, will this be the year that you move forward with living your dream?
Dan once talked about a magic pill for success, how there's really no "magic pill", but daily actionable steps will definitely lead you toward success.
This is a new year full of opportunities, ESPECIALLY with true iPhone apps and Android apps, and "web apps", or mobile websites.
I have not lived up to the charge that I feel I should by being a 48 Days group host, and I apologize for not being more active, and am taking my own "magic pill", and encouraging you to join me.
Stay tuned, and be prepared to take advantage of all the new opportunities that 2013 has to offer!

Comment by Tom Triplett on July 3, 2012 at 8:06pm Hello All,
I am thinking about publishing an app to Google Play (Android Market). From what I have read it is my responsiblity for submitting any taxes from the apps sold to the tax man. So for me I believe that would be city and state sales tax. I was wondering what insight others have on sales tax.
Thanks,
Comment by Nate Schubick on May 29, 2012 at 8:52am Hey Michael, thanks for the reply. Yes i would like his email to get a quote and see how much i need to raise. It does sound far beyond my scope of possibility. I do have another question about a word app for business and was curious if someone could set it up to make the data recognizable by quickbooks? Suggestions? Thanks

Comment by Nate Schubick on May 20, 2012 at 6:55pm Ok hi first of all. I hope ive come to the right place. I have a great idea for a teaching/game app that would be sort of simple but fun. I need someone to make the app for x amount of dollars and no further strings attached. I have more details for a developer interested. If a person does well and the app sells well, i wouldnt be opposed to repeat biz. Thank you
Comment by Michael Scott hart on April 24, 2012 at 10:05pm I have been experimenting on being more graphically minded than just functionality, this is the new harts office app, it is free and I plea that anyone with an android device took a look and give me any feed back, on my call to action, on the look and feel, any other problems or suggestions that you see. The screen shots are not updated so you will have to download to see.

Comment by Michael Scott hart on March 5, 2012 at 10:20pm I am an Android App developer...well it is a hobby that makes me a little tiny bit of passive income, so far all of my apps are very simple with the exception of a mobile CRM program I have been working on.
If the app is fairly simple or just html content you want put into an app I can do that for $50 per app (unless the amountof html content is more than 20 pages or so)
If you want to see what I have done you can get my Resume/Portfolio app

Hope to see this part of the 48days forums take off, I could use a lot of advice myself!
